Dr. Mabel Tuesday Capistrano is a Diplomate of the Philippine College of Lifestyle Medicine and a member of the Philippine Association for the Study of Overweight and Obesity. She launched the Weight Management and Wellness Unit as an initiative to tackle the urgent issues of Overweight and Obesity which is the gateway to other chronic lifestyle diseases such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart disease, Fatty Liver and Cancer to name a few. Likewise, we welcome those who may have normal body weight but are metabolically unhealthy. Her passion and dedication to holistic health and longevity has fostered a supportive environment promoting natural, sustainable, and long-term solutions to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Mabel’s mission is to empower individuals to realize their full potential to take charge of their health and be the best version of themselves.
She is also a fellow of the Philippine Academy of Aesthetic and Age Management Medicine Inc. With seventeen years of experience in Dermatology and Aesthetics, she believes that retaining and enhancing one's natural looks is the true definition of beauty.
